Overview
Removes a VoiceTouch phone number from the database via an http form post.
THIS API FUNCTION DOES NOT delete the phone number from Twilio. Use the Twilio API to remove the phone number. (This way you can re-add the phone number in case the customer changes their mind, or move the phone number to a different account)
